Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a Center-based BCBA to design client programming that is ethical, individualized and implemented with integrity. You will supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8-10 clients.

Regularly review data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with families. Join a supportive team with supervision from a Clinical Manager to ensure operational and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with credential verified by BACB.
• At least 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8-10 clients.
• Regularly review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with the family regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
