Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Speech Language Pathologist to join a motivated team focused on transforming lives of children with autism through natural play and a one-on-one approach. The SLP will work with an interdisciplinary team, provide assessments, and develop treatment plans to help each child reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Current State Licensure required.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.

Responsabilités

• Provide center-based speech-language pathology services to children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, BCBA-DAs, and RBTs.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor and document client progress.
