Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Patient and compassionate, able to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test if not current.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
