Job summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-to-one with children with autism under a BCBA's guidance. You will implement individualized intervention plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

We provide comprehensive training, supportive teammates, and opportunities to grow in the behavioral analysis field. This role requires empathy, patience, and physical ability to assist children up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Candidates must obtain an Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the team to support each child’s progress.
