Job summary

Ally Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy for young children in a center-based setting. You will collect data, implement BCBA-designed plans, and report progress to the supervising BCBA, while engaging families to support treatment goals.

We offer mentorship toward BCBA certification, paid RBT and BLS training, and a structured growth path through our STARS program within a collaborative team of BCBAs, SLPs and OTs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with children required
• RBT certification or willingness to complete within 90 days
• BLS certification or willingness to complete training prior to hire
• Ability to work 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must pass federal and state background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children in a center-based setting
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress using Central Reach on an iPad
• Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans tailored to each child
• Report progress to the BCBA and assist in updating goals
• Assist the BCBA with family training on treatment plan implementation
• Collaborate with other clinicians and attend scheduled team meetings
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
• Maintain open communication with families and clinical team for effective treatment
