Job summary

Centria Autism's Life Skills Autism Academy, a center-based ABA program, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 and group sessions in a supportive clinical setting. You will implement ABA protocols, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA/BC teams to support children’s development.

The role is full-time, in-center, with competitive benefits and pathways for continued supervision hours. Candidates must meet certification, health, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification issued by BACB.
• Willing to participate in background check process.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain TB test annually.
• Physically able to perform job incl. lifting up to 50 lbs and being on the floor with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care 1:1 and in group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per treatment protocols.
• Ensure timely documentation following procedures.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
