Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, providing 1-on-1 treatment under BCBA supervision to children aged 2-15 in a structured setting. This role is integral to the treatment plan and data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families with training on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with safe physical activities and supervision during sessions.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
