Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join a center-based team providing 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, support families in implementing treatment plans, and help ensure responsive, compassionate care for children on the autism spectrum.

Ideal candidates have a passion for working with children, strong communication skills, and reliability in a fast-paced setting. Training provided along with opportunities for growth and team support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience providing support to children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation with ability to commute to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and family information (HIPAA).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with physical activities to keep up with children aged 2–15 during sessions.
