Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Iowa is seeking individuals to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 6 years within a center-based setting. You will work under supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and track progress using ABA technology.

The role offers paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), strong clinical mentorship, and a culture that supports collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivering ABA therapy 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 6 years under supervision.
• Building skills through play and presence to help children feel safe and engaged.
• Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology.
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every child.
• Preparing for RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
