Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Iowa is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implement custom therapy plans, and document progress as you help learners reach their goals.

No prior experience required beyond a high school diploma; training is provided to obtain RBT certification. A supportive team culture and opportunities for growth are offered as part of this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with children preferred but not required.
• Passion for working with children with autism and families.
• Team-oriented and reliable, with strong communication.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with clinicians to implement custom therapy plans.
• Track progress and document outcomes for each child.
• Support children's educational and social goals and transition plan.
• Participate in ongoing training to earn RBT certification.
