Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability—able to show up for scheduled hours and manage administrative tasks.

• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services; experience with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years under BCBA supervision.
• Build skills through play and presence to help a child feel safe enough to try.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
• Prepare for RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
