Job summary

Golden View Learning Center, LLC is seeking an energetic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in our Oak Park San Diego center. You will implement programs under on-site BCBA supervision, collect data, and track progress with families and clinical staff.

This center-based role offers full-time or part-time hours, a supportive team environment, competitive pay, and ongoing training including paid 40-hour RBT prep and regular staff development sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must obtain RBT credential within 90 days of employment (we can assist).
• Must maintain CPR certification with in-person component (reimbursed).
• TB skin test required.
• Ability to pass a background check (reimbursed).
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children with autism and other delays.
• Implement social, communication, play, and daily living goals.
• Work with BCBA-supervised programs from client treatment plans.
• Record data and report progress to caretakers and supervisors.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized environment.
