Job summary

Golden View Learning Center, LLC in Escondido, CA, is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental delays at our Escondido center. The role involves implementing therapy plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and communicating progress to families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must obtain RBT credential within 90 days of employment.
• CPR certification with in-person component required (reimbursed).
• TB skin test.
• Background check required (reimbursed).
• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs.
• Competitive hourly compensation.
• Bi-yearly wage increases based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children with autism and developmental delays.
• Implement social, communication, play, and daily living skills goals.
• Work with BCBA Supervisors to run programs in the client’s treatment plan.
• Record client progress and communicate with caretakers and Supervisors.
• Collect data during daily sessions.
• Provide positive feedback and reinforce progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and a safe, organized environment.
• Be creative and engaging while performing duties.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
