Job summary

Verbal Behavior Associates in the San Diego area is hiring Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with students in schools, helping them build communication, self-help, social and play skills. You will implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs and track progress through data and notes, with school-day hours.

We’ll pay for training toward your RBT certification and provide ongoing mentoring, with full-time benefits and sign-on bonuses to start your ABA career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience with children or disabilities is desirable but not required.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children to build communication, self-help, social and play skills.
• Implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs and adapt techniques as needed.
• Track progress through behavior data collection and clinical notes.
• Attend ongoing training to grow your ABA career.
