Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team for center-based, one-on-one ABA services to children from birth to 21. BTs work in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data in a supportive center environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong communication skills, especially with parents and clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable work ethic; clients depend on you
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD is preferred, training provided

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plan
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors
• Assist with activities requiring physical effort to keep pace with children
