Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, delivering 1-1 treatment in partnership with BCBAs to children on the autism spectrum.

This role offers guaranteed hours (part-time and/or full-time), paid training, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment designed to help you grow in behavioral health.

You will implement plans, collect data, and engage families, with a focus on safety and compassionate care across ages 2–15.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation to and from centers.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of individualized treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activity as needed to keep up with children 2–15 years old.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
