Job summary

Dream Big Children's Center is seeking a Behavior Consultant to work under a BCBA supervision, assessing children's needs and developing individualized ABA treatment plans. You will coach Behavior Therapists, collaborate with families, and monitor progress to translate clinical goals into meaningful learning opportunities throughout each day.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ($28–$35), full-time hours, a hybrid schedule (four in-center days and one remote day per week), and generous benefits

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of ABA experience with children with autism.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments under BCBA supervision.
• Develop individualized, naturalistic ABA treatment plans.
• Coach Therapists in implementing plans with modeling, feedback and reinforcement.
• Mentor Therapists and support their development in delivering ABA services.
• Review data weekly and discuss progress with the BCBA.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with families daily.
