Job summary

Dream Big Children's Center in Riverside, CA is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide clinical leadership for children aged 18 months to 5 years. You will supervise Behavior Consultants and Therapists, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and ensure data-driven progress across cases.

This full-time role offers in-center work four days and one remote day weekly, with a salary between $84,000 and $94,000, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with 4% match, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, data analysis and supervision.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Behavior Consultants in conducting functional behavior assessments, data review, and goal development.
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans emphasizing naturalistic approaches.
• Review progress reports for clinical quality and accuracy.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to Behavior Consultants and Therapists.
• Lead and mentor the clinical team to support professional growth and accountability.
• Build relationships with families to promote ABA strategies in daily routines.
