Dream Big Children’s Center is seeking a BCBA to provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized treatment plans for children ages 18 months to 5 years. You’ll guide Behavior Consultants and Therapists in delivering naturalistic ABA to build independence and social skills.

You’ll supervise, coach, and train staff, collaborate with families, and support professional growth within a center-focused, inclusive environment. This role offers in-center and one remote workday per week.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and clinical supervision.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach with families and team members.
• Commitment to compassionate, individualized care and an inclusive center environment.
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Oversee BCs in conducting functional behavior assessments.
• Review data and develop individualized goals and treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and feedback to staff.
• Lead and mentor the clinical team for growth and accountability.
• Deliver in-person clinical support to promote independence and inclusion.
• Collaborate with parents to transfer ABA strategies to daily routines.
• Supervise individuals pursuing BCBA certification when applicable.
• Develop and deliver training for new hires and current staff.
