Job summary

Dream Big Children’s Center in Monrovia, CA seeks a Behavioral Consultant to partner with a BCBA, assess children, and develop individualized ABA plans. You will coach therapists, collaborate with families, and help translate clinical goals into daily learning opportunities across the center.

Responsibilities include reviewing progress with the supervising BCBA, maintaining records, and contributing to training and team meetings while supporting an inclusive, child-centered program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 12 ABA coursework units completed or in progress.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments under BCBA supervision.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Coach therapists and mentor staff in delivering ABA services.
• Review data weekly and discuss progress with the BCBA.
• Maintain accurate records and submit timesheets on time.
