Job summary

Dream Big Children's Center in Southern California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership for children ages 18 months to 5 years. You will supervise Behavior Consultants and Therapists, oversee naturalistic ABA programs, and guide treatment planning.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (four in-center days and one remote day per week), a salary between $84,000 and $94,000 per year, and a supportive environment with professional development, family

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification and a master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to supervise clinicians and coach staff.
• Clear communication and collaboration with families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Behavior Consultants' assessments, data review, and goals.
• Develop and monitor naturalistic ABA treatment plans.
• Review progress reports for quality and accuracy.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to staff.
• Lead clinical team and support professional growth.
• Offer in-person clinical support to promote independence and inclusion.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to apply ABA strategies at home.
• Supervise BCBA candidates as applicable.
• Deliver training for new hires and existing staff.
