Job summary

Dream Big Children's Center seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children ages 18 months to 5 years.

You will guide Behavior Consultants and Therapists in delivering naturalistic ABA that builds independence, social skills, and inclusion, while collaborating with families to implement strategies at home and in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Behavior Consultants as they conduct functional behavior assessments and develop goals and plans.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans emphasizing naturalistic ABA and individual child needs.
• Review client data, track progress, and adjust programming as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to Behavior Consultants and Behavior Therapists.
• Lead and mentor the clinical team to ensure accountability and growth.
• Build relationships with families and help integrate ABA into daily routines.
