Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational leadership within a multi-physician office or clinical group.
• Healthcare practice management experience.
• Understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMRs) or Health Information Management (HIMs) systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing plans, policies, and procedures for the facility and supervise MA/FO staff.
• Lead front-of-house and back-office operations to ensure a welcoming center.
• Monitor NPS scores and drive service recovery and patient experience improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to address clinician performance and patient retention.
• Coordinate with Regional AOD/AMD/providers and manage scheduling, onboarding, and training.
