Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking a Supervisor, Center Administration to plan and direct work of personnel delivering outpatient care. You will collaborate with clinicians to implement staffing plans and policies for optimal patient outcomes, while guiding day-to-day operations and ensuring policy adherence.

The role requires 2-4 years of operational leadership in a clinical setting, strong interpersonal skills, and Medicare knowledge to support a value-based care environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of operational leadership experience in a clinical office setting.
• Direct leadership experience and demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor teams.
• Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with physicians and office staff.
• Knowledge of Provider Communities and Medicare.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMRs) or Health Information Management (HIMs) systems.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point Presentations in a business setting.
• High engagement and emotional intelligence.
• Passionate about improving consumer experience.
