Sterling Healthcare Management is seeking a driven Marketing & Admissions Director to grow census and lead the admissions process. You will build referral relationships in the community, manage every inquiry from first call to move-in, and be the face of our facility to hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales, marketing, or admissions experience.
• Established relationships with local hospitals and case managers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payer sources.
• Experience with CRM or admissions tracking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive census development plan targeting referral sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, and families.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, tours, and presentations to referrals and prospects.
• Respond to referrals and inquiries same day, urgent within one hour.
• Manage the full admissions process from inquiry through move-in.
• Monitor census by payer mix and develop growth strategies.
• Oversee the facility's digital presence including website and online reviews.
• Plan community events, open houses, and referral appreciation programs.
• Track census, referrals, and conversion data for weekly reporting.
