You will supervise staff, manage monument foundations, coordinate projects, ensure safety standards, and drive cost-saving and quality improvements for a respectful final resting place.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in agronomy or agricultural science.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development and improvement projects.
• Oversee staffing for all cemetery operations.
• Manage monument foundations.
• Assist with hiring and training cemetery staff.
• Enforce safety training programs.
• Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary action.
• Oversee burial processes and location documentation.
• Manage installation of foundations and monuments.
• Understand and enforce cemetery rules and regulations.
