Qualifications

• Eight+ years cemetery maintenance experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Two+ years supervising and managing staff.
• Experience with environmental regulatory compliance.
• New construction / capital expenditure developmental experience.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations applicable to the industry.
• Knowledge of wildlife regulations applicable to the industry.
• Knowledge of staff and public safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple cemeteries and ensure service quality and safety.
• Coordinate staff work and time-off to minimize overtime.
• Manage grounds keeping, landscaping and seasonal plantings for manicured properties.
• Develop operating and personnel budgets; plan equipment replacement.
• Collaborate with home office on capital expenditure projects.
