Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Cement Production Supervisor to lead daily cement production activities at our manufacturing site in the United States. You will ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards while coordinating plant resources and personnel.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach team members, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership to meet production goals and uphold operational excellence.

Work Environment

• Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity.
• Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.
