Job summary

Heidelberg Materials in Mitchell, SD is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to manage and support a crew responsible for keeping critical cement plant equipment running reliably. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and performance in a heavy industrial setting.

You will promote safety, plan resources, and communicate across departments while driving continuous improvement and reducing downtime through disciplined reliability practices.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in an industrial cement plant environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment, elevated heights, confined spaces, dust, varying weather conditions, and elevated noise levels.
