Job summary

Amrize North America is seeking a Production Coordinator CEM at the Theodore Cement Plant in Alabama. You will coordinate daily production operations, ensure safety, quality, and budget targets are met, and optimize processes to keep the plant running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of supervisory experience in cement or heavy industry, strong leadership, and computer skills. Join a team committed to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in the industry.
• Must have computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct coordinates production systems to meet targets.
• Coordinate raw materials, inventory, and cement shipments.
• Meet daily with departments to align plant operations.
• Troubleshoot problems with Maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Plan outages with Maintenance Coordinator.
• Develop safety procedures and report incidents.
• Ensure staff are trained on safety equipment.
• Monitor reliability and daily production data.
