Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
• Graduate of certified Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Apprentice Program preferred.
• 5+ Years Mechanical Maintenance.
• Ability to read, write and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, and/or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Lead in safety, teamwork, and environmental stewardship to align with company goals.
• Inspect wear parts and measure linings in mills, silos, separators, and other equipment; promote upgrades for performance.
• Analyze root causes of stops and deviations; propose solutions for reliability and cost reduction.
• Prepare material purchase requisitions and manage lead times with Purchasing; ensure timely quality materials.
• Maintain and update data in the Corporate Maintenance System; keep accurate history of interventions.
