Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company in Florida is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment across our cement plant. This on-site role requires hands-on work with high- and low-voltage systems and related controls.

You will perform electrical maintenance, troubleshoot circuits, and support plant reliability while following safety policies. The position offers a stable full-time role within a leading cement manufacturer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in industrial environments.
• Experience troubleshooting motors, controls, circuits, and breakers.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Comfort working with high- and low-voltage equipment.
• Safety-focused with commitment to plant 5S and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across the plant.
• Test and repair motors, circuits, breakers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot control systems and identify root causes.
• Install and maintain wiring, conduit, lighting, and electrical components.
• Service pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.
• Assist with basic air conditioning troubleshooting.
• Support equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Provide guidance to outside contractors during projects and outages.
• Operate mobile equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas per 5S standards.
• Assist with additional maintenance projects.
