• Teach private cello lessons weekly in 30, 45, and 60 minute blocks.
• Maintain scheduling and billing with the studio's tools.

Job description

Suzuki and Alexander Technique based studio seeks a certified Suzuki Cello teacher to teach private lessons twice a week for music studios in Lone Tree, CO. The current cello teacher is leaving in a month and we have 4 students in need of a teacher. Ages range from 7-50, so teacher will need to to be adept at teaching children and adults. The studio pays on a tiered system, starting at 60% of the students tuition and caping at 75% after three fiscal quarters. If a teachers brings a student in to the studio, the teacher will make 80% of the students tuition immediately.

The studio offers groups classes, multiple public performances for students and teachers, a music theory program for the students, two large recitals a year and practice journals. The studio also supports teachers with a scheduling program and billing.

Duties:

teaching 30,45, and 60min private lessons weekly
