Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in California is seeking a Graveyard shift cellar supervisor to oversee cellar operations and assist the Supervisor in leadership duties. This full-time, non-exempt role is based onsite in California with a 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. schedule and requires 7-10% travel.

You will supervise a cellar crew of 5+ people, coordinate equipment use and procedures, and participate in safety trainings. We offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must pass assessment quizzes to be qualified in each Area/Procedure.
• Must participate in training and become a member of the Company’s Emergency Rescue Team and other trainings.
• Must be able to work any shift, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a cellar crew of 5 or more persons.
• Oversee the cellar operation and equipment.
• Coordinate procedures and training across shifts.
• Approve starting gauges and release orders in the absence of a Cellar Supervisor.
• Learn and follow multiple SOPs as the company grows.
