Job summary

The Wine Group is seeking a dependable Cellar Crew 1 in Fresno, CA to support general winery tasks under the supervision of the Cellar Supervisor and Foreman. You will hook grape trucks, sanitize tanks, hoses, and pipelines, and assist with blending and line setups.

Ideal candidates have experience in general labor with heavy lifting, are motivated, and work well in teams. Forklift experience is a plus; 18+ with a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior cellar experience, and/or 2+ years of heavy lifting experience.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning tasks around the winery.
• Learn to operate the Export Skid and Millipore filters.
• Operate equipment safely under supervision and as directed.
• Blending wine types, rack tanks, and set up lines for the chiller.
• Read gauges and meters, and report volumes accurately.
