Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in Ceres, CA is seeking a cellar operations lead who will oversee the cellar, back-up supervisory duties, and organize the cellar layout. The role involves supervising a crew of 5+ and ensuring proper operation of cellar procedures and equipment.

Applicants should be prepared to learn multiple lead positions, pass area/procedure quizzes, and participate in safety trainings and Emergency Rescue Team activities. Graveyard shifts, with overtime as needed, are possible.

Qualifications

• Must pass assessment quizzes for area procedures.
• Ability to lead a cellar crew of 5+ personnel.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cellar operation and back-up to Supervisor.
• Directly supervise a cellar crew of 5 or more.
• Oversee crush areas and cellar procedures/equipment.
• Learn and perform multiple lead positions and SOPs.
• Participate in safety trainings and emergency response teams.
