Job summary

Asahi Beer USA Inc. is seeking production cellar staff to support a 24/7 brewing operation in a fast-paced plant environment in Wisconsin.

You will contribute to fermentation, yeast pitching, conditioning, filtration, dry hopping, and dealcoholization as part of a 30-person cellar crew. You will help keep tanks and equipment clean and running, track batch data, and collaborate closely with your shift supervisor to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift in a loud, temperature-varied production environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, hard-working, and safety-first.

Responsibilities

• Manage yeast pitching, fermentation, conditioning, filtration, dry hopping, and dealcoholization
• Keep tanks, lines, and cellar equipment clean, sanitized, and running smoothly (CIP)
• Track batch data and flag anything that looks off before it becomes a problem
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your shift supervisor and teammates to hit production targets
