ASAHI BEER USA | OCTOPI BREWING in Wisconsin is seeking a Brewhouse Brewer (Hot Side) to join our full-time team. You will own the first steps of brewing, including raw material intake, yeast propagation, and wort production, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include operating brewhouse equipment, performing quality checks, maintaining logs, and supporting maintenance tasks. Shifts vary, with competitive pay by shift, and a suite of benefits.

Qualifications

• Must-have: strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Must-have: basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing/manufacturing setting.
• Must-have: flexibility to work various shifts and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Learn, operate all brewhouse piping and equipment.
• Execute efficient brewing operations from raw material intake to finished wort.
• Own yeast propagation from start to finish.
• Perform routine quality checks, basic maintenance, and CIP on brewhouse equipment and piping.
• Keep accurate brewing logs and sanitation records every shift.
