Job summary

ASAHI BEER USA INC is seeking a Batch­ing Team Brewer to join Octopi Brewing in Wisconsin. This role focuses on measuring, weighing, and combining ingredients for a full range of beverages, from beer to sodas, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety on the production floor.

You will operate batching equipment, follow recipes, prepare flavorings, and collaborate with cellar, inventory, and scheduling teams to ensure timely completion of batches while maintaining complete records and quality

Qualifications

• Experience in brewing or production environments is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain batch records.
• Comfortable lifting 55 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate batching equipment including CIP and cleaning.
• Follow recipes and production steps with precision, weighing ingredients.
• Prepare and add flavorings and additives across product range.
• Coordinate with Cellar, Inventory, and Scheduling teams to ensure timely completion.
• Keep batching documentation accurate and perform pre-batching quality checks.
• Ensure in-spec product and adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
