Job summary

Prescient Healthcare Group seeks a Principal to lead day-to-day competitive strategy projects for US clients. You will coach Analysts and Consultants, manage workstreams and ensure high-quality outcomes within timelines and budgets.

You will build deep client relationships, identify growth opportunities and apply expertise across therapeutic areas, clinical development, and regulatory considerations to drive strategic insights and value.

Qualifications

• Experience in biopharma client services and consulting is required; CI experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in cell therapy is required, with a strong understanding of the therapeutic landscape and key industry dynamics and trends; autoimmune/AID is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of competitive strategy and competitive intelligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Structure and manage workstreams, guide junior team members and ensure that analytical approaches align with client objectives.
• Build credibility by understanding client contexts, anticipating needs and delivering thoughtful, actionable insights.
• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities across existing accounts, shaping proposals and recommending strategic growth pathways to account leads.
• Develop and apply a strong understanding of relevant therapeutic areas, clinical development pathways and regulatory considerations.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, feedback and oversight to junior team members to support their development.
