Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Specialist, Cell Therapy Patient Planner in Devens, MA, to oversee supply chain and logistics planning for cell therapy manufacturing. Responsibilities include scheduling patient operations, shipping/receiving, and cold chain management, coordinating with stakeholders to support patient slots through manufacturing.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field and 3+ years of experience, with SAP exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or similar.
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Experience in a Site Supply Chain Organization.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical clinical, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Update short term master production scheduling and manufacturing needs based on patient slot usage; communicate schedule changes and impact to approved production plan.
• Coordinate Cell Therapy Global Patient Scheduling (incoming & outgoing) and manage in‑coming flow after patient apheresis material; ensure readiness for receipt, inspection, and processing.
• Conduct investigations and root cause analyses on supply disruptions or material quality issues and report corrective actions.
• Manage secondary packaging of final drug product and return shipment to patients.
• Update or review Site Supply Chain Standard Operating Procedures; own deviations and corrective/preventive actions; promote compliance and EH&S performance.
• Track and report metrics; participate in cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes.
• Limited global travel up to 10% may be required.
