Qualifications

BS or MS in cell biology/bioengineering or related field with 2–5 years of industry experience.
Independence in experimental design, execution, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
Experience with statistical data analysis and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Design and execute scale-down and full-scale cell therapy process development experiments.
Analyze data using statistical techniques and present findings to stakeholders.
Document experiments in ELN entries and summarize results.
Author experimental protocols and development reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enable quick turnaround.
