Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist lab members to conduct preclinical work under PI guidance.
• Perform aseptic cell culture including primary cells and cell lines.
• Generate gene-modified therapeutic cells for preclinical work.
• Conduct in vitro functional assays such as flow cytometry and cytotoxicity assays.
• Perform gene expression analyses (Real-time PCR, RNA sequencing) and protein expression (flow cytometry, western blot).
• Generate virus constructs to enhance functionality of therapeutic immune cells.
• Collect and analyze data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
