Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support routine manufacturing execution, cleanroom readiness, material preparation, and equipment setup under supervision at our U.S. site.

The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP, accurate documentation, and real-time issue escalation. It requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to operate both automated and manual production equipment during a swing shift (5:00pm–3:00am, Wed–Sat).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP and aseptic processing is required.
• Experience with batch records and electronic systems is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and batch records with high accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team-based manufacturing environment and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing steps per batch records, SOPs, and cGMP.
• Prepare, stage, verify, and transfer materials for production.
• Operate and monitor equipment under guidance to support production.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and proper gowning, sanitation, and contamination control.
• Document timely and accurate information in production records and systems.
• Support shift handovers and cross-functional collaboration.
