Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I for its Devens, MA site. The role runs a 6 PM–6 AM shift (Panama Schedule) with a 6‑month duration and potential extension. Training extends 5–8+ weeks with a structured onboarding period.

The associate will perform routine manufacturing operations in a cell therapy environment, following SOPs and batch records, while upholding GMP, safety, and quality requirements and contributing to training others as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 0–2 years of experience in cGMP bioprocessing manufacturing, cell therapy manufacturing, or related field.
• Bachelor's in a relevant science or engineering discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient process unit operations and support operations per SOPs and batch records.
• Complete documentation per process transfer, validation protocols, SOPs and batch records.
• Work within safety policies, quality systems, and GMP requirements.
