Formación

• High School Diploma with 2+ years GMP/manufacturing or relevant technical experience; Associate or Bachelor preferred.
• Basic understanding of cGMP, aseptic technique, cleanroom procedures, and documentation practices.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team-based manufacturing environment and learn quickly.
• Sound judgment to escalate issues to senior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Execute manufacturing steps per batch records, SOPs, and cGMP requirements.
• Support GMP readiness activities including equipment setup and cleanroom preparation.
• Prepare, stage, verify, and transfer materials for manufacturing activities.
• Routinely monitor and operate processing equipment under guidance.
• Follow gowning, cleaning, aseptic technique, and contamination control procedures.
