Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a professional to support manufacturing and engineering processes on a swing shift (5:00pm–3:00am, Wed–Sat). The role emphasizes maintaining technical performance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement within GMP/GXP standards.

The candidate will engage in root cause analyses, support minor projects, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences while pursuing formal technical development and embracing new digital

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent; pursuing a technical or scientific degree.
Foundational experience in manufacturing or engineering within GMP/GXP environments.
Knowledge of SHE and SOP protocols widely used in controlled operations.
Experience with continuous improvement methods and project support activities.
Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences and support minor projects.

Responsibilities

Deliver and maintain optimal technical performance across manufacturing areas and processes.
Troubleshoot issues, propose improvements, and implement changes for stability and quality.
Contribute to investigations, root cause analysis, and deviations addressing equipment issues.
Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and sharing best practices.
Build skills with new digital tools and support digital adoption in the area.
