Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA seeks a Material Operations Lead for Warehouse Cell Therapy to help ensure on-floor tasks meet quality and safety standards. This role covers receiving, put-away, kitting support, and packaging of cold-chain materials, with emphasis on CGMP compliance and continuous improvement.

You will work hands-on, manage deviations and document controls in the Quality Management System, and collaborate with QA, Planning, and QC to support production across the Cell Therapy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• 5+ years shipping/receiving/warehousing in CGMP biotech.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping.

Responsibilities

• Provide floor support, prioritization, and troubleshooting with area leadership.
• Triage quality events and escalate to management.
• Update controlled documents and manage deviations in QMS.
• Execute deviations and other records per CGMP; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with carriers and ensure proper packaging and shipment of materials.
• Perform goods receipt and put-away of materials in SAP and other locations.
• Support inventory cycle counts and replenishment to Kitting/Production.
• Cross-train into Kitting and Product Services as needed.
