Qualifications

• 5+ years of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with performance management.
• Bachelor's in relevant science or engineering.
• Experience with validated manufacturing systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom with PPE and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of manufacturing processes for cell therapies per eWIs and batch records.
• Oversee compliance within validated manufacturing systems.
• Plan resources, assign tasks, and monitor costs to stay within budget.
• Maintain clean, compliant, inspection-ready facilities and environments.
• Drive right-first-time initiatives and address compliance issues.
• Coordinate change controls, investigations, and closure actions.
• Mentor staff and conduct performance reviews with documentation.
