Job summary

At Bristol Myers Squibb, we manufacture human blood-derived components in a cGMP cleanroom environment. The Manufacturing Associate supports production of blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation, with aseptic technique and CAPA support.

Shifts include Q1: Sunday–Wednesday, onsite, 5 a.m.–5:30 p.m. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, follow GDPs, and contribute to quality investigations while progressing toward SME responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s/associate degree preferred.
• 0-1 years of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing or related experience.
• Basic understanding of cell culture, cryopreservation, and aseptic processing.
• Must follow GDPs and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with MS Office and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up and operation of equipment to support production of blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.
• Support deviation investigations and write-ups; assist with CAPA closures within shift.
• Maintain aseptic technique; aseptic qualification required.
• Weigh and measure in-process materials to ensure proper quantities.
• Adhere to production schedule and internal logistics.
• Record production data clearly according to GDPs.
• Work in a team-based, cross-functional environment to complete tasks.
• Maintain training and skills to become SME and trainer within manufacturing.
